We will shine a light on the social and mental health issues that come with homelessness, and encourage conversations, empathy and fundraising support.
Reconnecting Lives
At St Bart’s, we believe that getting someone off the streets is just the beginning. Further change happens after housing, when people start to reconnect with routines, responsibilities, and relationships that give their lives structure and meaning.
Your Gift
Last year St Bart’s supported 120 people through the reconnecting lives program which is funded entirely by the kindness of donors. We can’t continue to support people in sustaining their tenancy and avoiding spiralling back into homelessness without you.
